How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly from the Zauffy app. Open the app, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompts and your account will be permanently disabled and the deletion process will begin.

What happens to your data

• Your account is disabled and you can no longer sign in.
• Selected public identifiers, such as your displayed name, phone number, and profile photo, are cleared or anonymised.
• Your public profile is removed and past activity is shown as belonging to a deleted user where applicable.
• Private account, identity-verification, address, location, host-profile, pet, photo, booking, communication, payment, safety, and audit records may be retained with restricted access according to their purpose and retention period.
• Records may remain where needed for another participant's booking history, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, enforcement, safety, or legal obligations.

Important notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• If you have an active booking, please complete or cancel it before deleting your account.
• Hosts must withdraw available earnings and wait for in-flight or locked funds to settle before account deletion can proceed.
